My Oscars Highlights, According To Lariah!

(Except it’s short, because my computer is glitching and making me struggle to write this!)

Firstly, I’d like to briefly mention how happy I am that “Sinners” won 4 awards, including Micheal B Jordan winning best actor for his performance! I love Ryan Coogler’s work, I actually wish I could work with him in the future, and I LOVED this movie (it was also the only movie nominated for an Oscar that I ended up watching), so I’m SO happy for everyone involved with the project!

I asked my friend Anna on her opinion on who would win Best Picture, she said she wanted Marty Supreme to win but she figured it wouldn’t, but settled on Sinners, I said it was probably Sinners, but NONE of us were expecting “One Battle After Another” to win! Super happy for the cast, and I’ll definitely will be watching it soon!

Now moving onto who I think were the 4 best dressed (in no particular order), because the outfits were AMAZING this year!

I don’t think I’ve seen her in ONE ugly outfit this award season. It’s giving fancy $100,000 rug passed down through generations that’s been turned into a BEAUTIFUL dress. I also love how her necklace compliments the dress (specifically the light accents) beautifully, gorgeous!

2. Rose Byrne

I actually really like the details on this dress!!! I do wish her necklace was a bit more dramatic, but it fits with the simple theme of the outfit, plus I’m a Leo, so EVERYTHING has to be dramatic in my opinion, lol!

I LOVE seeing bright, happy colors on the red carpet! As much as we all love black, white, red and nude color dresses, there’s more colors and shades to wear, and this is proof that more people should wear different colors to prestigious events like this! I love her hair, and I love the ruffles on her dress! I hope to see more braids at these type of events soon, cause they really look SO beautiful with these kind of dresses!

4. Rita Ora

THIS is the type of extra I love to see, the overall design of the dress is gorgeous, but the HAT really pulls the outfit all together, The details are beautiful, I love this, absolutely gorgeous dress.

Sadly, my computer has frozen at least 5 times during the writing of this blog, so I’ll have to talk to y’all later, but thank you for reading! I hope you have a blessed day/night, and I’ll catch you later on According To Lariah!
